If not for the front-line personnel in the epidemic prevention department, we can choose a lighter and breathable disposable medical mask and replace them regularly. Under the condition of safety and protection, we can properly remove the mask and allow the skin to relax and rest.

Second, gently clean the face. After you take home the mask, clean the skin with mild, non foaming amino acids, cleansing cream or water, then apply moisturizing and refreshing skin care products. The frequency of moisturizing lotion can be increased appropriately, and the gap between the mask and the mask can also be replenished in time.

Finally, we should pay attention to the moisturizing and moisturizing of the face, and at the same time, do a good job in face sunscreen. It can be coated with a simple light cream or lotion to enhance the skin barrier. It contains ceramide, squalene, two potassium glycyrrhizinate and Centella asiatica, which can repair inflammation. Summer sun protection is also the most important, such as forehead and mask cover can not, or to apply sunscreen.

Liao Yong suggested that if there are mild erythema, itching or tingling on the face, as long as you keep clean and moisturize with some simple skin care products, the skin will improve itself in 3-5 days.

If the symptoms are more severe (obvious erythema, papules accompanied by itching, large area), oral antihistamine drugs such as loratadine, cetirizine, etc. can be taken orally, and non hormone ointment such as zinc oxide ointment or Bute ointment can be used externally. If the symptoms are serious, obvious edema erythema, blisters, exudation and even secondary infection, do not use drugs without authorization, but go to the dermatology department of the hospital in time, and ask a professional doctor for treatment. At this time, the general need gauze + medical saline or acid solution cold wet compress, 2-3 times a day, each time about 20 minutes; with oral and external medication, even need infusion or injection to control acute inflammatory reaction; in case of local damage, wound or infection, external use of antibiotic ointment.
